In order for us to Promptly serve your documents please take the following steps:

1.     Include a contact name, name of company if applicable, telephone number and return address so that we may contact you.

2.    Include an original and one copy of the documents to be served.

3.    Include a self addressed stamped envelope to return the original docments and affdavit of service to you.

4.   Include any special instructions or information that would be helpful in serving the subject

5.     Please send a check, money order or certified funds for the amount listed on our "Rate's" link.  We do require pre-payment on all jobs.  If you would like to pay by credit card, please click the credit card logo  ,  include this credit card authorization with your documents.    If you are emailing or faxing your documents, please also fax or email a copy of the check for payment.  If we do not receive the original check within 10 days we will process it electronically.
