In order for us to Promptly serve your documents please take the following steps:

1.     Include a contact name, name of company if applicable, telephone number and return address so that we may contact you.

2.    Include an original and one copy of the documents to be served.

3.    Include a self addressed stamped envelope to return the original docments and affdavit of service to you.

4.     Please send a check, money order or certified funds for the amount listed on our "Rate's" link.  We do require pre-payment on all jobs.  If you would like to pay by credit card, please call our office or fill out the form below, hit submit and we will email or fax a credit card authorization form to include with your documents.
